Bend It, Break It & 3D Print It Again: July 9 – 13, 16 – 20, & 23 – 27
In this class we’ll explore the fundamentals of structural design by designing and building multiple engineering structures and testing them to the limit! You will get to use our industry standard CAD (computer aided design) software and high-tech manufacturing capability, including our 3D printers and Laser Engraver to bring your design into reality.

Underwater Robotics: July 9 – 13
Come explore the mysteries of Princeton’s marine environment through the design and construction of a remotely operated underwater vehicle. You will learn about the principles of design, basic electronics and will get to use exciting manufacturing tools including our 3D printers and Laser Engraver. Our week will conclude with a trip to one of Princeton’s surrounding water sources, using our newly built vehicle to explore what lies beneath the surface!

Run, Robot, Run: July 30 – August 3
Let’s have an exciting week interacting with robots. You’ll learn to control them, making them see, hear, say, move and run. You will learn how to make the robots “learn” and act smart. You can control software Robot in Alice and Robocode on the computer screen. You can test your robot building and programming skills with EV3 Lego robots. Finally, you will meet NAO, the personable and interactive humanoid robot. NAO could be a companion to us in the future. Imagine what you could make them do, then come and make it happen this summer.
